[pushed] Fix dwarf2loc.h::dwarf2_evaluate_property function description.

  Hello,

A small discrepancy between the name of a parameter used in a function
description and reality. Fixed thusly...

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * dwarf2loc.h (dwarf2_evaluate_property): Minor function
        description fix.

Tested by rebuilding GDB. Pushed (obvious).
