[Ada] Remove gnatfind and gnatxref

  These tools are no longer maintained and have never supported project
files. They are replaced by the Ada Language Server which implements the
Language Server Protocol.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* gcc-interface/Make-lang.in, gcc-interface/Makefile.in: Remove
	gnatfind and gnatxref.
