[BZ,17475] New Bhilodi and Tulu locales
Commit Message
Added ChangeLog and modified SUPPORTED file in order to add Tulu and Bhili
locales into it.
Updated patch is:
Add new Bhili and Tulu locales.

* locale/iso-639.def: Define Bhili and Tulu language codes.
