Add new gdb.threads/step-over-thread-exit.exp and
gdb.threads/step-over-thread-exit-while-stop-all-threads.exp
testcases, exercising stepping over thread exit syscall.  These make
use of lib/my-syscalls.S to define the exit syscall.
