Trivial casts for C++.

gdb/gdbserver/ChangeLog:

	* linux-ppc-low.c (ppc_get_hwcap): Add cast.
	(ppc_fill_vsxregset): Likewise.

	(ppc_fill_vrregset): Likewise.
	(ppc_store_vrregset): Likewise.
