  This updates libgnurl to 7.48.0.
gnurl included tests all succeded.

I also got an error about a missing name, not sure what that's about.

That's strange. Okay, I will fix this and see if I can reproduce

This error is weird. As you can see from my patches, I have
name+email set, so git merge should complaint about a missing
name unless I was using a bad configuration, but
user.name and user.email are set.
