  * sysdeps/riscv/rvf/math_private.h (libc_feholdexcept_setround_riscv):
Fix rounding save-restore bug.

Fixes about a hundred off-by-ULP failures in the math testsuite.

  Move libc_fesetround_riscv after libc_feholdexcept_riscv.
