This change is not mentioned in the commit message.  Is "آنسة" still
being used?  We have it in the locales even for cultures where its use
is archaic, ironical, or has shifted from marital status to certain
occupations.

We currently do not seem to have transliteration for the Arabic comma:

$ echo ، | LC_ALL=ar_AE.UTF-8 iconv -t ASCII//TRANSLIT
?

Is this a problem?  Is the Arabic comma included in all relevant
character sets?
