Looks good, although I can't really voucher since I don't have direct access
to a or1k system. Just some comments bellow and a possible fix for the inline
asm.

I think you can use Elf32_Addr and Elf32_Sym directly here, since or1k
does not have a 64-bit neither this file will be used along it.
