[roland/nptl-s390] S390: Consolidate NPTL/non versions of clone

  Not tested at all, but this should not change anything.

	* nptl/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/s390-64/clone.S: File removed.

Testsuite passes as before on s390/s390x.
