	* d-namespace.c (d_lookup_symbol): New arg langdef.
	All callers updated.  Support looking up symbol as a primitive type.
	(lookup_module_scope): New arg langdef.  All callers updated.
	Call d_lookup_symbol directly for simple bare symbols.
