[V3,18/21] test: dynamic string evaluations.

  Tests various dynamic string evaluations. Dynamic strings
will be handled internally the same way as dynamic arrays.

testsuite/gdb.fortran/:

	* vla-strings.f90: New file.
	* vla-strings.exp: New file.
