gdb.base/default.exp: Use verbose -log in a few places.

I found this useful while debugging a problem.

2015-10-05  Doug Evans  <dje@google.com>

	* gdb.base/default.exp (info set): Always send some debugging output
	to log file.

  	if { $set_prompt_seen && $set_confirm_seen } {
  	    pass "info set"
  	} else {
