I have fixed them in this small patch series. See individual change descriptions for details. These changes were build-tested only as regression-testing does not apply to such build issues. Nevertheless I have run native `x86_64-linux-gnu' testing with other changes applied on top of these and that didn't trigger any regressions. OK to apply? Maciej
