  Patch set that adds support for lazy/on-demand downloading of debuginfo.
.gdb_index, .debug_line and .debug_line_str ELF section downloading is
also added to facilitate deferral of debuginfo downloading.

All three patches in this series have been rebased onto gdb's current
master branch
