On armhf use Adv.SIMD instead of MVE to test. MVE's autovec is too incomplete to be a general test target. 3. Add appropriate vect_ and float guards on testcases. Regtested on aarch64-none-linux-gnu, arm-none-linux-gnueabihf x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, i368-pc-linux-gnu and no regressions. Ok for master?
