testsuite/s390: Change nle -> h in ifcvt tests.

Hi,
we have been emitting the "higher" variantes instead of the "not less or
equal" ones for a while. Change the test expectations accordingly.
OK for trunk?

* gcc.target/s390/ifcvt-two-insns-int.c: Dito.
* gcc.target/s390/ifcvt-two-insns-long.c: Dito.
