The field Contains_Ignored_Ghost_Code was removed by the transition to
Gen_IL but its einfo.ads documentation stayed around. This patch removes
this documentation.

gcc/ada/ChangeLog:

	* einfo.ads (Contains_Ignored_Ghost_Code): Remove documentation.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
