Like FMA, Add FNMA (VNMSAC or VNMSUB) auto-vectorization support.

gcc/ChangeLog:

        * config/riscv/autovec.md (fnma<mode>4): New pattern.
        (*fnma<mode>): Ditto.

Hi, this patch is same implementation as FMA which has been merged.
