  This will avoid doing artificial conversions during semantic analysis.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* gcc-interface/utils2.c (build_binary_op) <EQ_EXPR>: Relax a
	little the assertion on designated types of pointer types.
