  ... for the respective emails bouncing. Thanks to them for their past
work. Sadly this renders KVX and XCOFF unmaintained.

While there also restore alphabetic sorting of the list.

This is very likely wrong for Richard, as not only a person with the same
name (but a different email address) is also listed in Blanket Write
Privs, but both entries were actually added in the same commit
(93abc97ad29e). Yet I didn't get a reply to my inquiry.

Somewhat similarly for Mike I did find a possible alternative email
address, but I didn't get any response there either.
