  This series adds assembler and disassembler support for two new x86
instruction set extensions described in the AI Compute Extensions (ACE)
Specification, v1.15:

Patch 1 adds the AVX10_V2_AUX instructions.  The AVX10_V1_AUX subset is
already present as part of AVX10.2 and is simply re-exposed under a new
CPUID bit, while AVX10_V2_AUX introduces genuinely new instructions.

Patch 2 adds the x86 ACE ISA: tile, block scale register, outer product,
and MX FP8/INT8/BF16 instructions, all enumerated under a single ACE
feature flag (CPUID.(EAX=07H,ECX=1):ECX[11]).

Both patches include NEWS entries, documentation updates, regenerated
opcode tables, and gas testsuite coverage in both AT&T and Intel syntax.
