URL format change for haskell.scm

This patch replaces http with https in gnu/packages/haskell.scm
for occurences in http://hackage.haskell.org and http://github.com

324 insertions, so I have not run it, but the links are on the
webview of hackage.haskell.org and there were already some https
links in haskel.scm for hackage.haskell.org packages.
