Remove mplog and mpexp

Remove the now unused mplog and mpexp files.

Build OK for AArch64 and x86_64, OK for commit?

	* sysdeps/ia64/fpu/mplog.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/ieee754/dbl-64/e_exp.c: Remove mention of mpexp and mplog.
