(__lll_clocklock): Rename from __lll_timedlock and add clockid parameter. * nptl/lll_timedlock_wait.c (__lll_clocklock): Rename from __lll_timedlock and add clockid parameter. Use __clock_gettime rather than __gettimeofday so that clockid can be used.
