[COMMITTED] powerpc: Fix incorrect results for pow when using FMA

  This patch adds no FMA generation for e_pow to avoid precision issues
for powerpc.  This fixes BZ#18104.

Tested on powerpc64, powerpc32, x86_64, and i686.  No changes required
in ULP test files.
