[roland/nptl-microblaze] MicroBlaze: Consolidate NPTL/non versions of vfork

  Not tested, but this should not change anything.

If MicroBlaze either reliably has IFUNC support or reliably has a compiler
that will emit a pure tail call (not using any stack) for a trivial C tail
call to a PLT function, then please drop pt-vfork.S entirely so the generic
nptl/pt-vfork.c is used.
