Hi.

Here is what I pushed.
It's slightly different from the original post:
- better exception is generated for nframes < 0
- handles nframes == 0
- more tests

	doc/
	* gdb.texinfo (Convenience Funs): Document $_caller_is,
	$_caller_matches, $_any_caller_is, $_any_caller_matches.
