Add or1k target to --enable-targets=all

  The or1k-tdep.o object is missing from the ALL_TARGET_OBS, which means
it's not currently included in an --enable-targets=all build.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* Makefile.in (ALL_TARGET_OBS): Add or1k-tdep.o.

This looks good to me.

Sorry for HTML mail I'm on the phone.  FYI i have been working on an
openrisc gcc port rewrite to get around a copyright issue in the old port.
I hope it will finally be upstream soon.
