[2/7] Factor out print_unpacked_pointer from c_val_print

  Turn this code into a function, instead of a goto.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* c-valprint.c (c_val_print): Factor out pointer printing code
	to ...
	(print_unpacked_pointer): ... this new function.
