[13/23] test: evaluate Fortran dynamic arrays of types.

Tests ensure that dynamic arrays of various Fortran
datatypes can be evaluated correctly.

testsuite/gdb.fortran/:

	* vla-type.exp: New file.
	* vla-type.f90: New file.

I get here (both Fedora 20 x86_64 and Fedora Rawhide x86_64):

Attempt to resolve a variably-sized type which appears in the interior of a structure type

Don't you have it reproducible?
