Rainer Orth appointed Solaris maintainer in GDB

  Hello,

I am pleased to announce that Rainer Orth has been appointed
as the maintainer of Solaris support in GDB.

Rainer has been a regular contributor of high quality patches
helping Solaris support; congratulations, Rainer, and Thank You!

The following patch was pushed to master to document the appointment.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* MAINTAINERS (Responsible Maintainers): Add Rainer Orth as
	Solaris Maintainer.
