  Remove regcache_raw_write_part, update callers to use
regcache::raw_write_part instead.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* regcache.h (regcache_raw_write_part): Remove, update callers
	to use regcache::raw_write_part instead.
	* regcache.c (regcache_raw_write_part): Remove.
