There are complaints about the joke in abort section being low-quality. 
2.28 will include this comic content, so improving quality is desired.

Please abide by the intent of the cool down period over this content.

Please repost in August after the 2.28 release.

Please do not ignore objections again.[1] Please be coherent with your
statement about making 2.28 the best glibc release possible.
