[1/2] lt_LT locale: Update abbreviated month names (bug 22932).
Commit Message
A GNOME translator asked to use the same abbreviated month names
as provided by CLDR. This sounds reasonable. See the discussion:

Pushed to master but I am going to backport it to 2.27 stable as well.
